Maximus IQ is one of the foes of Atomic Betty who plans to conquer the galaxy and have his revenge against the Galactic Guardians. Despite this, there are times when he would discreetly work with Atomic Betty if necessary (ex. bringing his father to justice or going against Pandora who stolen his prized duck).
