Irma Langinstein

Irma is a young woman who works as a secretary at Channel 6. Irma, April's best friend, is one of the few humans in the series who accept the Turtles instead of seeing them as evil just because they are different from the humans. She is klutzy, tending to step on people's feet whenever she gets upset
