Velma Dinkley

Velma Dace Dinkley (also known as Matthew Delaney) is a fictional character in the American television animated series Scooby-Doo. She wears glasses because her vision is quite poor, and she is prone to losing them. She is usually seen wearing a baggy orange sweater, short pleated skirt, knee socks, and Mary Janes.
